Implementing our sales consultation process to acquire new clients, while managing your coaching staff to deliver a first-class service that supports our world-class client retention rate.
You must know how to lead a team of up to four fitness coaches and 250+ clients, administering the systems we have put in place, to support all of these activities.

Your primary responsibilities will be:
Create and execute a daily, weekly and monthly task driven plan for your store to reach its key performance indicator goals that will be mapped out by our operations team.
Manage your staff and help them grow, as your location grows.
Client engagement will be vital toward achieving this goals. We are in the service and people business and if you cannot over-deliver and love people then please don’t apply.

Must have at least 2 of the below to apply:
- Previous personal training or group exercise coaching
- Previous gym management experience
- Leadership experience- directly leading a team
- Sales experience
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or other Fitness
related field
- Degree in Business, PR, or Marketing
- National Fitness certification
